Seeking secret heroes and heroines

Do you know any secret heroes/heroines of sensory storytelling or accessible books? We would love to hear about them…particularly the quiet ones who are not so visible on social media!

Our particular wish for the festival this year is that it will be a celebration of sensory storytelling in all its richness and diversity. We know from our own travels round special schools and care settings that there is some amazing work happening…if you know of any families, professionals or performers with quirky approaches, wonderful stories or innovative ideas then please do tell us!

We are on the lookout for workshop leaders, storytellers, authors and performers for this year and future years. Just send us an email: ailie@mykindofbook.org.uk
